Welcome to the Voter Information page
Are you registered to vote at your current address?
You can confirm your voter registration information by calling the STLCO Board of Elections at 314-615-VOTE.
Make sure you are registered to vote at your current address. If not, and if you moved to Webster Groves from another county in Missouri or from the City of St. Louis, you need to RE-REGISTER TO VOTE by March 9th in order to be eligible to vote in the April 5th election. (If you move after the registration deadline, call the Board of Elections so they can explain your options.) Otherwise, you simply need to update your voter registration, which you can also do online using the same form. If you'd rather use a paper form, you can get one from the STLCO Election Board website .
You can register or update your registration online using a touchscreen device here:

ABSENTEE VOTING
In Missouri, you must have one of the accepted reasons for voting absentee before Election Day. These reasons are: Absent from STLCO on Election Day • Incapacitated or confined due to sickness or disability, including caring for a person who is (NOTARY NOT REQUIRED) • Restricted by religious belief or practice • Employed as an election authority • Incarcerated but still eligible • A participant in the Missouri Safe at Home program
Voters with permanent disabilities may apply to be placed on Permanent Absentee Status. Call the Election Board to learn more: 314-615-VOTE.
ABSENTEE BY MAIL
If you need to vote absentee by mail, you must apply for a ballot using one of the accepted reasons for voting absentee, and if you are a first-time voter in STL County, you will need to include a copy of an ID with your application. You have until March 23rd to request an absentee by mail ballot, but you should do so ASAP so that you have plenty of time to receive and return the ballot. You can apply at the STLCO Election Board website.
COMPLETE & RETURN YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT
Depending on which reason you selected for voting absentee, you may need to sign your ballot envelope in front of a notary public and have it notarized. Make sure you have completed the statement on the outside of the ballot envelope and signed it on the signature line. Do not mark out or cover up your return address or any bar codes on the envelope - the Election Board needs those to verify your ballot envelope. If a ballot envelope is not completed correctly, your ballot could be rejected.
Your absentee by mail ballot can be returned IN PERSON to the Election Board office (by you or a close family member) to avoid mail delays. Otherwise, mail the completed ballot at least 10 days prior to Election Day. Your ballot must be RECEIVED by 7pm on Election Day (APRIL 5TH) in order to count-no exceptions.
HELP! MY ABSENTEE BALLOT NEVER ARRIVED/WAS LOST/I MADE A MISTAKE WHILE FILLING IT OUT/I SPILLED COFFEE ALL OVER IT/I FORGOT TO RETURN IT/THE ELECTION BOARD NEVER RECEIVED IT/I WANT TO VOTE IN PERSON INSTEAD
It’s OK! You can still vote!
If you don’t have the ballot, you can complete a Lost Ballot Affidavit and vote, including via a regular (not provisional) ballot at the polls on Election Day.
If you have the ballot, you can surrender your ballot and vote a new ballot in person.
Note: You cannot submit completed ballots at a polling place; you must return it to the election authority office or surrender the ballot at the polling place & vote a new ballot.
VOTE ABSENTEE IN PERSON (FEBRUARY 22-APRIL 4)
Starting on February 22nd, if you have one of the accepted reasons for voting absentee, you can vote absentee in person at the Election Board or (if available) a satellite location starting on February 22nd if you have one of the reasons for voting absentee.
VOTE ON ELECTION DAY (APRIL 5th)
On Election Day, you can cast your ballot at any STLCO polling place from 6am to 7pm; their print-on-demand ballots mean that they can print the right ballot for your address at any polling place.
